Does anyone know what's happening?
          
          -I have almost no notifications (announcements in particular)
          -earlier everyone was talking about some things that were unveiled in a book someone posted and alerting others about it (you know what I'm talking about)
          -I was busy for several hours and now I'm back and came to see what's going on with it but I couldn't find anything
          -I then realized that the notification I had gotten from being alerted through someone typing in my @ on the chapter was gone
          -I clicked on the https in my previous announcement and the chapter everyone was talking about before no longer exists
          -what I'm thinking is: are people staying off of here (here = where stories live) because of what they learned?
          -or is it that announcements are being prevented somehow based on certain words or https?
          -not only have I not seen any announcements spreading the word like I saw this morning, but I also haven't seen any announcements about the chapter that informed us of this phenomenon no longer existing
          -this leads me to believe that announcements are being prevented (rather than people just staying off of the place where stories live)
          -maybe this is stupid and I'm wrong about all of this, but there is nothing else I can think of
          -I have tried my best to avoid typing words that are likely to alert the place where stories live what I'm talking about (which is why some of this is cryptic), but I don't know if I've succeeded
          -if everything is normal (with announcements and such), I probably look like an idiot, but oh well. I don't know what else to do, especially because absolutely no one has announced anything about the chapter that was everywhere several hours ago no longer existing, and I feel like someone would have said something
