Okay.. So two of my friends are depressed and are cutting themselfs and refuse help.. I don't know how to comfort them and to make them stop and them hurting themselfs and hating themselfs is triggering my depression as well and I feel like a bad friend and I kinda wanna die myself.. One's my girlfriend and the other in my BEST. FRIEND... I don't know what to do!... Please.. Help...
