Hello, I'm Ashleigh Wilkes. Do check out my books if you like strong, self-respecting female leads and loyal, faithful men. I was a reader long before I became a writer. I was appalled at the messages sent out in many of the books I read here. I started writing because I was tired of the romanticizing and glamorizing of male protagonists in books here, where their despicable acts of betrayal were glossed over and cast aside in favour of good looks and their "Greek God"- like appeal. Abuse and humiliation at the hands of these monsters were promptly forgiven as these women bizarrely swooned over the hotness of these creatures and jumped readily into their arms and beds.
          
          I have two completed books, Karma and I Still Love You, But, and have started on the first chapter of my new book, Paper Wife. It was uploaded yesterday.
