So, I did a thing. I've been doing this thing for a while, and I know it's bad, but I can't stop. So I feel guilty for doing this thing but I think I need to do this because of personal reasons? I don't think I should say what the thing is because it might be a trigger for some people. I might delete this. I honestly don't know.
