Hi, I'm Nocturne Runa, a new author obsessed with building rich, gritty worlds, Memorable characters, &  breathtaking romance subplots that serves the overall story. I write dark power fantasies featuring hyper-lethal characters, deep-state politics, and complex motivations. I try to write my scenes so you can picture them like a movie in your head-heavy on atmosphere, tension, and visceral action. I started writing Top 0.1% because I wanted to explore a world of global syndicates and apex predators where the characters are fleshed out, the action is tactical, and the stakes are genuinely terrifying.
