Hey guys, I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted and I want you guys to know I am sorry.
          	
          	I know this is not excuse for not posting but I have been going through a lot of things mentally. I got diagnosed with depression and they started me on antidepressants a few months ago and I guess I am still trying to adjust to everything and focusing on myself and getting better or in other words trying to stay sh free and yes I have had many temptations and I give in more than I would like to admit. 
          	
          	I started going to therapy and although I don’t really talk much during the session it helps to do the things she says. Maybe they can help you too, if you are looking for help but don’t know how to approach someone.
          	
          	One of the things my therapist told me was to make a playlist of happy songs and songs that are positive so that you brain goes into the good mood, or positive mindset.
          	
          	Another thing my therapist told me to do was having a notebook to write in whether it be on my phone if and physical notebook, it does t matter just something that will let you write your feelings, or in other words throwing the trash always so that you don’t bottle it up till you can’t no more.and to do it every night before bed or anytime you feel overwhelmed amor if you just need to get something off your chest. Anyways that is all and I know it’s not an excuse but that’s what has been going on with me lately.
