I'm gonna come out and say it:
WHY DOES EVERYONE ASSUME THAT BNHA WOULD BE SURPRISED THAT BAKUGO BULLIED MIDORIYA?
Bakugo is not a nice person. He's gotten better, but they all saw him on the first day of school when he was an asshole, and his treatment of Midoriya was basically still bullying in the beginning. How can they not expect Bakugo to have bullied the greenette?
