          Thank you all for your continued support, a lot of which was received when I was in multiple difficult times growing up. It meant a lot knowing I had a community that enjoyed what I produced. 
          
          At the end of the day, I’m not deleting my account for those of you that may be worried. I’m just going to mostly be leaving it barren as the desert with the occasional tumbleweed of a comment made due to something funny. The reason why I’m not deleting is because maybe next year, next month, next week, or maybe even tomorrow I may regain the motivation needed to write. To pick up the mantle and continue these works i poured so many hours of love and attention into. It is uncertain how long it may take, but in my heart of hearts I know i can’t abandon the place I called sanctuary just yet.
          
          At the end of the day, I am still your author, Eiko.

Just thought I’d give some of my followers some updates seeing as I come back once in a blue moon and interact with the comments in my works before vanishing into the abyss again.
          
          But yeah, I’ve had this Wattpad account since like, 2017/18 when I was in middle school so it’s reasonable to say I’ve built up quite a following. I’m really glad you all chose to support my creative endeavors as I’ve hopped from fandom to fandom over the years.
          
          As for why I haven’t been updating, I’ve just had no time due to, again, being a college student trying to prepare for a year abroad in Japan. On top of that, I’m also someone who experiences severe and debilitating bouts of depression that leave me with barely enough motivation to take care of myself, so whenever I do have the time, I still have trouble writing. Not to mention a lot of the fandoms I used to write for just don’t do it for me anymore. I look at characters that I used to be able to write chapters upon chapters about and I just feel… nothing. It scares me, but I’ve mostly come to terms with the fact that my tastes have changed.
          
          Nowadays, I’ve begun focusing on more personal projects as well. Those of you who’ve read my series know I love to draw, and I still do. I’m actually teaching myself how to animate, and I currently working out ways to produce my own webcomic. Art is the one thing in my life that has been a constant for me and I still have a lot of stories I want to tell, but this time on my own terms with my own characters.

Still working on part 2 for the Just Another Day at Work chapter in the Rengoku oneshot. Just wanted to let you know chapters may take a while because my mental health is plummeting again and to combat it I’m gonna write some OCxCannon stuff for Tamaki from My Hero. Apologies, y’all.
