          So, if you haven’t noticed yet, I am back on the writing horse! (Buh dum tssss!)
          
          Getting back into old works that I’ve been away from for so long is a lot easier said than done, so I’ve gotten started on a completely new Fanfiction that I hope you’ll enjoy, while I get back in the headspace for Her Father’s Keeper and The Cannibal’s Brother! 
          
          This new one is a Purge fanfiction, which takes place in the year that the first film does though with an entirely different set of characters, all of which are my own original characters.
          
          
          The first two chapters are complete and up for reading, if you’re up to checking it out!

Hey, Readers! 
          
          
          First off, much apologies for the lack of both posting and writing activity this year. 
          I've just been having some new, fairly exciting things going on in my life over the past months so, even with inspiration flowing around in my mind, actually getting it written is another story in itself. 
          Buuuuut, anywaaays 
          
          With that, I do have a sliiightly unfortunate update for the Just Like Animals trilogy readers.... 
          
          And that is, it's just going to have to stay as is. 
          
          Come to better know, as of between the last update and now... I'm transgender (male). 
          
          That being said, as much joy as writing the series gave me, the Skully character was based in part by my own traits (and named after me) before I started my gender exploration, and basically would just feel like misgendering if I were to continue writing her with the story.
          
          I'm also not about to kill off such an important character just for the sake of continuing a story that I continue to experience writer's block with anyway. 
          
          The existing stories shall continue to remain on Wattpad, for you (readers past, current, and new) all to continue to enjoy, so long as you can respect the reason for discontinuing and enjoy them for what they are. 
          
          
          That being said, I still have hopes to pick up The Cannibal's Brother and Her Father's Keeper as soon as the inspiration for them resparks.

          It still does me so much good to see how many of you have enjoyed it as you have! ❤️
          
          There was a time that writing the series gave me great joy, and now it's just time for me to find joy in writing something different, be it a new series, a one shot book (my current consideration) or something else.

Hey, readers! 
          
          I've been looking through old fanfic chapters in my notes, while I was there to start a page of my New Years resolutions, and I realized that a couple months from now will mark a year to the date of the last chapter I worked on for "Her Father's Keeper".
          
          I've also been seeing all the notifications from the votes you've been giving the story here and there (and particularly recently). I may not be active like I used to be, but I'm here in spirit and I can't tell you what it means to me that as many of you are still enjoying it enough to leave those votes for me! 
          
          I've been having more than a bit of writers block over this past year, but I've also been having this HUGE itching to get back on one of the things that's made me happiest: my fan fiction! 
          
          I've decided that one of my New Years resolutions should be to do just that, and start by getting to working on Her Fathers Keeper again! 
          
          I can't promise a specific date (unfortunately), as it'll take some time to spark more inspiration, as well as for me to brush up enough Hannibal to write about it, but I'm hoping to get started AT SOONEST in the next month or so! 
          
          Again, thank you SO much for as much support as you've given already. 
          It does me such good to see you all enjoying something I've created! 
          
          Your appreciation is definitely both noticed and appreciated! ☺️

Sincerest apologies for the lack of description for "Her Father's Keeper"! I wrote an ENTIRE synopsis and the fucking Wattpad deleted it for some reason *slams head through wall* and I JUST now noticed it! 

I'm having a shit ton of writer's block for Preying On You Tonight, so I'm going to go ahead with this new idea, a Hannibal fanfic.
          I'll still write for Preying On You Tonight when I get the inspiration, but I need to play out this new one too!

I don't know when I'll get the next chapter posted for Preying On You Tonight, my friends. 
          I've had to deal with a bit of personal shit which doesn't leave a lot of time for writing.

I'll be taking a break from Preying On You Tonight to work on my submission for the Thanksgiving contest.
          I'll still post the chapter I've been working on, but further updates are on hold til at least the 19th. 

The next chapter isn't quite ready to be posted, and I'll be at Universal Studios all day today, so I'll get back on it when I get back. 
          
          Things will start sticking better to schedule by next week, though!✌️
