Hello umm I need help so. My friend (M) invited me to a group chat, he said "hi (insert my name here) this group is made to help (S) from her problems, because she has depression. And our main priority is to make her happy will you please join?" So, of course I said yes. And I'm wondering if you have any tips for people with depression. I'm doing my own research but a little help would be nice. Thank you :)
