I can't be the only one who finds it annoying when you get a notification for a new chapter that is literally labeled "chapter #" and then when finally look at it, it's an announcement. Like I get if you want to put an announcement in your book so people can see it, but don't label it as a chapter.

I love when writers demand things from their readers. Demanding votes and comments in exchange for updates to me reads the same as the readers demanding updates or they are leaving. You can't stand it when they do it, so why should you get a response when you do it. It's called a double standard.

Why do I even comment on stories anymore, people constantly misunderstand me or they make a smart/sarcastic remark that I am honestly too tired to catch most of the time.

I would love to know in the comments what you think about the story so far.

So I know I promised an update, but with all my appointments and work, I just didn't have time last week. I will try to get it done as soon as possible.
