Apparently Venom 2 has been confirmed and I for one can't wait for my next installment of this alien buddy cop romcom

Watch Kipo and The Wonderbeast on netflix! It's an adorable shows that doesn't pussy foot around! It has an openly gay character verbally announce that he's gay in such a casual way and even shows him crushing very hard on a boy he meets. Even better it's not made out like a big fucking deal. It's just he's gay, that's it. He doesn't have to fight for acceptance, it isn't apart of his tragic backstory. He's just a gay guy, and it's so simple and adorable and I need everyone to love this show immedietly.

Me? Identifying a little to much with Richie Toizer from It? More likely then you think. 
          
          
          But fr, Richie showed very strong signs of internalized homophobia and I'm surprised not to many people picked up on it in the first movie. 
          
          All the 'haha I fucked your mom' and 'lol you buncha fucking virgins' jokes were like a spotlight to me, a young gay the grew up with a very homophobic father. You gotta compensate by making very straight sex jokes while you die inside and gag at the thought of ever fucking a women.

Me staying up till 1am thinking about how interesting a side story about Draco, a boy who comes from a very privileged lifestyle and was raised to hate other's that weren't like his family, coming to realise that he's gay/queer in some form.
          
          Not only the stress of being forced to marry a girl later in life 
          
          The fear that his father would find out cause I don't doubt for a second that his bitch ass would do something drastic in an attempt to 'fix that'.  
          
          Him likely getting threatened/abandoned by everyone outside of his mother. 
          
          All and all it would've been more interesting, sad, and would've set up a good redemption arc for Draco as he has to unlearn all the hateful and racist ideologies that were basically drilled into his head as soon as he could understand words.
          
          
          But no. We get JKR  like 12 fucking years later saying Dumbledore is the gay one. The one character we never see. The one character that quite frankly could've just never appeared on screen ever and nothing in the story would've been different. And ya wanna know why it's him? Because 0 effort had to be put into it. He's quite frankly only needed so Harry knows when he has to run off to do a suicide mission. He was by far the easiest character to chuck the gay tag on and its so fucking lazy and disgusting. 
          
          Anyway, this has been yet another rant about JKR cause I just really can't stand her and the fact she wrote a book that is such an integral part of my childhood infuriates me :3

          Straight people out here, during our month, asking about straight pride?? Like what?? Since when did you need that? Since when did you need to literally riot for your right to love whoever you want?(first pride was a riot ✊✊) When did you need to hide the fact you were straight from your family for fear of being kicked out of your own god damn house? 
          
          When did you need to fear holding your lover(s) hand(s) in public because you might be ridiculed and shamed for it? Or that someone might target you and you'll get killed because you love the opposite gender? That's right bitch! NEVER! Literally never has a straight person been targetted and attacked for their sexuality alone on the same level as someone in the lgbt community has.
          
          Hell it's 2019 and a bitch can't go to the store with his husband without fear. I got yelled at for holding my husband's hand a few weeks back. I will get followed and berated because I am a very openly gay man. I embrace my homosexuality whole heartedly and I don't care if I'm one of  "those gays" that's flamboyant and open about it. But I have to go out looking over my shoulder, litterally living in fear because I REFUSE to hide a part of myself from the world. 
          
          Straight people don't have to worry about that. When they do? Then they can come at me talking about straight pride. 
          
          Fucking sick and tired of people thinking that fighting for equality for a marginalized group somehow means they lose any of the rights they already have. 

With pride month coming up just thought I'd say that the first gay pride was a riot :3 ✌✌✌

          With season two having just ended, now is quite literally the perfect time to catch up! 
          
          It's a beautiful podcast with good representation, and great music, and amazing voice acting. It's all around a piece of art that really deserves to be more popular.
