As for the reason for following, it probably has something to do with,
either your reading list (I highly doubt that. I don't usually scroll to someone's profile to look at their reading lists & plz this is NOT directed at you)
or your comments? (Do u often comment funny things on danmei books? If so that would explain the reason for following you.)
As for my reading list most of them I haven't read (yet) I don't have much time on hands with exam and stuff but I try to finish at least 1 book a week.
And that particular book sorry I can't give you my opinion as I still haven't read it.
But yeah it seems fine? They are just childhood-sweethearts? Didn't give me the pedo vibe so I added it to my list
But if u are still not sure, I advise you to look it up on novelupdates. Maybe from there you can get a summary about the plot. Be aware of spoilers tho.
