The novel the woman in me is indeed an interesting one to read. The plot is nice, has to do with a modern setting. The characters well outlined in terms of their representation in rendition of their acts. The dialogues that ensued in the book was very captivating and gave the reader an imagination of everything that was taking place in the story.
As for me, the chapter one was touching when Ifeoma lost her mum with the dad not available for the family and also chapter three where Emeka almost lost his life while saving Ifeoma. Chapter nine really hit me when Stella was dying and Emeka the hard man for the first time showed his soft spot (I literally got into the scene at that moment). It was indeed very touching. Chapter ten also got me ticking coz finally Ifeoma followed her heart ❤️ and swam in d ocean of love with Emeka.
This story is indeed a must read for everyone who's a lover of romantic novel filled with intrigues.
