Hello, everyone! 
          
          I want to start by apologizing for my long hiatus brought on by the chaos that is my life, and for having to put Blackbird on hold indefinitely. Life has been rather insane, particularly this past year as well as the first few months of this year, with many changes having occurred. 
          
          However, I am pleased to announce that I have began working on the next chapter of Blackbird! I won't post anything until I have the following chapters hammered out as well, so please be patient with me as you all have been thus far. 
          
          Thank you to everyone who has given my less than stellar novella a chance! I cannot express how much it means to me that so many people have been enjoying it. I'm hoping to wrap up Blackbird soon, and the ending should be just as chaotic as my life has been. I hope you're as excited as I am!

So, some bad news. The Chromebook I use for writing my stories has malfunctioned and is once again unavailable for use. It is fixable, but I need another working computer to restore it, which I do not have. I will try to start working on the next chapter of 'Blackbird' soon through my phone, and if it is published before my Chromebook is up and running, there will most likely be a lot of mistakes, so please bare with me and notify me of any mistakes you come across so that I may fix them.

Alright, so to all my followers who are reading 'Blackbird':
          
          I apologize for not updating for so long. I have some things going on in my personal life that have kept me from this wonderful website. I'm currently trying to get my personal matters in order so that I can begin writing again and finishing my story. 
          
          Thank you to everyone who has been reading. I'm so happy to see that it has reached over 30k reads and I cannot wait to be able to update once again. I promise to put out a long chapter or two once I get the chance.
          
          Again, I'm sorry for being away, but soon I will be updating once more.
