          	  so  i  hope  you  two  are  using  the  app  rather  than  the  website  (  i  only  know  how  to  use  the  app  so  -  )  when  you  go  to  the  settings  part  of  your  account  ,  there's  the  "  help  and  support  "  section  ,,  and  once  you  click  that  the  submit  a  ticket  should  show  up  .  if  that  doesn't  make  sense  ,,  i  can  screenshot  it  to  show  you  both

kinda  irrelevant  but  wattpad  has  said  the  password  reset  is  permanent  to  prevent  hacking  ,  but  apparently  you  can  submit  a  ticket  to  get  the  accounts  back  without  using  the  email  .   i  just  can't  be  bothered  by  doing  it  since  it  takes  up  to   24  hours  to  get  a  response  .
