We are two friends that have known each other since our freshmen year of high school. We met in our History class but our friendship began our sophomore year in our Italian class. The irony of it is, that books is what brought us close. I, Daphne, had began a series called House of Night and Ashley owned the rest of the series, that I would eventually begin to borrow and since then we have been two inseparable bookworms. When we graduated high school we both ended up going to the same university, which is where the idea for this book was born. The idea came from a dream Ashley had one night, the dream was so good that we had to put it in paper and build on it from our own imaginations. Now, Ashley and I can't possibly be more different so writing this book has been very interesting. Ashley being more of the dark one and I being the nicer one, when we bring our ideas together we manage to create one hell of a twist. We really hope you enjoy our work and we promise to keep you on your toes as we go.
