@Ocean_215  I get what you’re trying to say, but honestly, Gill got trolled for PR mainly because of some of his own brainless fans, not because of him. I’ve seen so many Gill fans  and even a few journalists , constantly putting down other players and talking about Gill like he’s some untouchable god. That kind of narrative naturally triggers backlash.
          
          We should never forget that everyone who plays for the team has reached there through hard work, and supporting your favourite player doesn’t mean hating or degrading others.
          
          In T20Is especially, Gill was given continuous backing even during poor performances, while someone like Sanju didn’t get chances despite scoring three centuries. That’s where the whole “ICT ka ladla” tag started from , not randomly.
          
          
          I’ve been watching cricket for a long time, and I’ll be very honest,  the level of backing Gill received from BCCI is something I haven’t seen before. I’m not saying it’s entirely Gill’s fault, and I’m not saying it’s entirely BCCI’s either but the management definitely played a role in creating this perception.
          
          When deserving players keep waiting outside despite performing, questions will be raised. That’s just how fans react.

@Ocean_215 I understand. Sometimes it’s not about debates or right–wrong , it’s just letting your emotions out and calming your mind.
          
          You didn’t spread anything false, you just shared how you felt in that moment. That’s completely okay. At the end of the day, we all want the team to do well, and emotions are bound to come when you’re attached to a player. 

@wrong_person_o what i was saying about PR was that everyone mostly says he does PR if Pr works then why it did not worked this time , it was just how people blindly troll someone I think I was not able to clarify what I wanted to say in that msg, I was trynna tell that now may be there will be no more trolls of ICT KA LADLA tag one

@wrong_person_o yeah I agree I just felt that I don't think there was any need to drag him in t20 when team was doing okay , they could have him after wc directly that disturbed and started it all , it was just so emotional so decided to write here don't wanna spread anything false thought to share and calm my mind nothing much .

@GullarDeep Exactly, that’s what I’ve been saying.
          
          Also, one thing people forget is that great players don’t disappear because of one format. Sometimes stepping back actually helps them grow without unnecessary pressure.
          Shubman doesn’t need to be rushed or forced into every format  protecting his confidence and letting him dominate where he’s strongest is the smarter long-term move. 
          
          If and when he returns to T20Is, it’ll be because he’s undeniable, not because of noise or sympathy.
          That’s how elite careers are built , patience, clarity, and timing.
