Hi I am looking for I book that I read once I think it’s called hope. But it’s about a warlord who buys a slave from a market in like an ending of world story and they ride around on a train. She not been treated very kindly in her past so she’s not kind to newcomers and try’s to get him to snap at her, but as he has her she eats cake for the first time she sleeps on the couch, though she eventually, the crew teacher to read, and it was still going on the last time I read it can anyone help me find this book
