Dr Audrey Lim's eyes wandered over the new residents carefully as she watched Dr Andrews talk to them.  It made her chuckle slightly as she realized that this was the third or fourth new group of residents that she would be vetting and deciding between since getting appointed the chief of surgery.  She touched the pin of an anatomical heart on her white coat before she took a breath.  She then walked to them, pulling a polite smile across her expression before taking a breath and speaking, 
          "Good morning all.  My name is Dr Lim.  I am the chief of surgery as well as the the attending trauma surgeon, and before anyone asks, yes, it is due to understaffing." she half joked, "I'm sure our president has already introduced you to St Bonaventure, and I also welcome you.  I'm sure you are all aware that we will be vetting through residents, but at it's core we are still a teaching hospital here at St Bonaventure.  Now, if you'll all follow me, I can get you to your first assignments and we'll see what you can do." she said before crossing her arms and sighing, "first things first though, any questions?"

            To be fair... they were making fun of all of the residents.  And Lim couldn't exactly help herself after Villanueva asked if they had any 'kissasses in the group'.

            Ryan nodded and silently followed the woman after sending a glared at the dumb residents.
            he was very understanding and sent his sister a text to tell her not to message him until he texts her after his shift. Ryan hoped that the woman and the nurse weren't making fun of him, seeing as he wasn't one of the troublemakers.

            She looked over at him, "I'm gonna request that you do that after your shift.  Thanks to these idiots, we're a bit behind." She then gestured for them to all to follow, walking down the halls of the hospital.  She smiled slightly as she talked to one of the nurses that joined her, clearly already making fun of the new residents.  They were both laughing as she pointed out with her hand the few that were assigned to a hell shift.  
            They were both still clearly making fun of them as she met the young attendings, assigning each of the residents to them.  She and the nurse gestured for the few troublemakers from earlier to follow them, taking them downstairs to the emergency room.
