@Official-Milk-Boi Hmm… Maybe interested in you- I mean, for the laughing thing I’m not sure, since people find different things funny (I laugh at the dumbest stuff, for example-) but I mean, he sounds pretty interested in you, so maybe he does have a crush on you..? I mean I’m not too good with things like this- But that’s (a terrible) explanation of what I think-
