A lot of hate accounts have been up for a really long time and I think I know why now. 
          "Upon looking at Wattpad's code of conduct I saw that accounts with usernames that in themselves are hateful/harrassing are valid grounds for a report. However celebrity hate is permissible. So in the case of (for example) @/hate-remi-and-jess, a report would be considered valid so long as you can prove to Wattpad that the Remi and Jess mentioned are Wattpad users and not celebrities."
          Thank you to @WPBureau for bringing this to my attention. 
          
          So when reporting accounts, make sure to tag the account that's getting the hate and explain what's going on.
