tbh it doesn't specify his age just says "early twenties" but reasonable still.

Other countries consent ages are different, for all we know they could be from places where 16 (EX; UK, Japan, etc) consent age is 16. It could depend where you're from,,, not saying it's right,, just saying they could be from a different country so what we think is illegal could be legal for them.
