Hello everyone! I'm the author of His Flower and From Navy to Midnight Blue. I've been on a hiatus since June of 2022, I've lost motivation to write but now that I've given myself the time to focus on school I have time to focus on writing again and continuing my works.
His Flower : Readers -
I'm aware that I indicated I would make a sequel for His Flower. However, after some thinking I've decided that it might not be possible. With the way this book ended and how we don't see Chrollo at all during the Greed Island Arc of HxH it would be much better to follow up with extra content revolving around His Flower. Whether this is scenarios or some type of filler episodes it would hopefully make up for the loss of a sequel being out of question.
From Navy to Midnight Blue : Readers -
I've also considered a sequel for this book, this one however is a lot more doable than the other since our main character can follow up on her journey beside Sebastian and Ciel. The only problem being the ending of this story. In order to make a proper sequel (since the entirety of this season isn't part of the original Black Butler story). It wouldn't make sense for them to come back after this book ended off on them leaving and Ciel telling his staff to "burn the house or do whatever" with the intent of never coming back.
Therefore if requested enough I will write a sequel and have Ryoba have more of an influence on how the story plays out. We will be diving more into her past with Sebastian and how she ended up with Claude since it is only briefly mentioned.
Thanks to all of your support and interest in my stories I've decided to come back. I'll make sure to stay true to my word and give quality fillers for His Flower, and a sequel that will answer the questions surrounding the mysterious nature of relationships between characters that Navy to Midnight Blue has left us all with!! - Maiden (previously known as: QuinellePhantomhive)
