I don't really know what this is used for, but you know Yolo (just incase you think I actually say yolo I don't; yolo is stupid. I do use it sarcasticly though.) This is ralph by the way. I'll go out on a limb here, sense it is a message board and say it is used to ask questions. (I only had this joint account for two days so if I'm wrong please feel free to correct me)
