Okay, so Eve doesn't really confuse me much anymore, I thought about it, and Eve wasn't there when Syn needed her the most even though Syn literally tried everything to protect her even if she had a "different way" of doing things, Syn literally was there for Eve and never gave up on her but when Syn needed Eve the most she wasn't anywhere to be found...Eve is quite a complex character in my opinion and you wrote her so well idk whether to hate her or be sympathetic towards her....also Syn's parents abandoning Syn not only Eve that broke my heart fr 🥺💔, I know Syn went about things the wrong way but she literally just did it for the person she loves...damn I love Syn fr now 🤧....this is my conclusion to my analysis of your beautiful characters mostly about Eve.

@Exotic_Bubbles yeah Syn had it rough 🥺💔 my only argument is that Eve didn’t want to abandon Syn nor did she know that Syns family abandoned her (besides her brother). She was lied to…stalked..and was basically an accessory to murder. She did what she had to do for her career and for their daughter. Because like Syn said, her life would’ve been way harder if they knew she was the daughter of a serial killer. Hating Eve would be close to victim blaming. We love Syn but gotta acknowledge where she was wrong ❤️❤️

@theAnonymous2910 yes.. she didn’t intentionally abandon Ryen. It was a choice she had to make out of necessity (i included that bit in my og draft… but wattpad said it was too long. Therefore i had to cut bits off) i totally agree with that sentiment. But, it did have lasting consequences and a huge impact on both Alora herself and Ryen… which is why i think of it as a very ‘dual’ choice.. it was certainly understandable. It still doesn’t change the fact that it could’ve been avoided (though this is a significantly more delulu take 😃)

To all my writers…do we have a certain quota on how long our book should be or how many words should be in each chapter?? I try to do atleast 50 chapters/ 2000 words each chapter

3k words per chapters, the amount of chapters per book never crossed me because I think it should continue until the plot seems to be finished and that varied from author to author. I think once we reach 100 chapters though, then the book should be ending soon, atp.
