Quirk: Light Manipulation

Quirk description: I can control any kind of light, I can use light to teleport me anywhere but I can only go 700 meters so far, I
can make holograms out of my hand, I can use my quirk as a weapon and shoot beams of light out of my hand and lastly I can take away light from any person I want, but if I don't return it within 30 seconds they will start to see hallucinations of there worst fears and basically go insane

Hobbies:  drawing, trying new art styles, listening to music, reading, writing and poetry
