Once upon a time, in the mystical lands of the Realms of Story, there existed a rare and revered order known as the Designated Authors. Chosen by the ancient forces of the Narrative, these beings bore a sacred duty: to transcribe every tale born within the Realms, honoring the laws that governed their extraordinary gift.

This gift, bestowed through the passing of the Author's Quill, allowed the bearer to weave not only the threads of the past but also the whispers of the future. The Quill, imbued with timeless magic, granted them the ability to shape fate, mold legends, and etch destinies into the very fabric of the world.

But with great power came great boundaries.
