I would like to announce that the next chapter will most likely be posted in January, because I want to reread the Light novels so I can use the references in it to add to my chapters and they were used in the previous chapters: 16,17, 18 and 19, due to the fact that they are from season 1 of Date A Live and the first volumes of the novels.

I am back from hiatus. It has been almost a month since college session ended. I wanted to take my time with everything and I know how college will go. I do know how I want to continue the story. In general, I have been spending time on other things. The timeskip will begin in the main date a live storyline with Shido and everyone. Shido will play a big role in the timeskip due to the reunion when he saved Y/n. The timeskip will have more character dialogue, instead of just Y/n and Kurumi which was only the pre timeskip and the first half. It’s not just build up but also a hint on how the story could end. Their relationship will be more on separated occasions because we know their background and Y/n went rogue. The timeskip is basically on how Y/n will try to resolve his issues. In general, the story will head in a different direction.
Chapter 14 is released and will be the final chapter before the timeskip and hiatus is coming now until end of college session (mid december or early january).
Chapter 13 is now released. Tomorrow I planned to work on 14. After that is the timeskip to the main DAL timeline. (Chapter 15 onward). A hiatus is very possible (Up to november or mid december when my college session is over), I want to work on college and my art since Wattpad isn’t my pain priority. I also want to plan the timeskip carefully because I read the LN and yes it will be from cvolume 1 to 22 (anime is currently on volume 16 and will be on 17 for season 5). Thus there is contents anime only should avoid or read the novel and come back. I recommend reading the novel for better experience.
The chapters 13-14 will be posted on this week hopefully. Today is my birthday and I want to at least post chapter 13 which are the two most anticipated chapters of the pre timeskip. I had planned these chapters since the beginning but I always reread the story to add less plot holes. I will make sure to release chapters sooner as well if possible. To also answer worries of particular and popular problems with authors, I am still motivated to write this story. Though, the chapters have been released monthly for the convenience of myself and not just to satisfy others. The main point of this post is, do not lose patience. Those chapters will be worth the wait, especially since these are the “symbolism” of the story.
Chapter 13 is on the works and will contain the final contents with chapter 14. The reason I am posting is due to chapter 12 and that indeed I have planned the entire story. College starts soon for me and after chapter 13-14, I will take a break most likely. There is a possibility of a new book since I don’t want to always write this one and I already know most events that will happened.
For those who read chapter 12, the chapter is now changed due to the fact that it wasn’t as I wanted so I changed a few details because I did felt Y/n contradicted himself. It’s also because it made more sense in that way, since Y/n is a more mature type of character.
