Need some encouragement I’m going to on a swim meet in an hour and I’m so nervous please help.

@HonestFiction95 @Dinguz Thank you. God I hate this thing. It’s a really big one and I hate big ones because they’re so hard to understand and j just spent 30 minutes looking for my coaches to find out what was happening and then turns out while doing that they came up to my swim team area and said when warm up was starting so everything Is horribly unorganized and nothing any adults I asked (including the announcers) said anything helpful.
