Happy New Year! To answer your question, it's possible there will be a sequel in the future, but I can't guarantee when due to other projects I'm working on. I really appreciate your support, and plan to make things bigger and better moving forward. (By the way, I've read your published story, and I really enjoy your writing style. I hope you continue to put out more works yourself).

Regarding "Puppy Dog Eyes",
For my first story on this site, I wanted a bite-sized story, no more than a single chapter less than 10,000 words long. However, I got a little ambitious and ended up writing nearly double the intended length. My bad. I'll work to improve pacing and story development, as well as make the story progression easier to follow. The next planned story will be in a similar vein and relatively the same format. Don't wanna spoil too much, but I'm pretty excited to see what I can come up with.
