I thinking of writing a fan fiction based on the ending of lori fosters book Jamie (visitation series book 5). Concerning Austin and Cory. Who would read that? Anyone love lori foster as much as I do?

So I need help I can't find a book I read a year or 2 ago. I know the entire plot line but not the author or title I know it was at least a duet book the book before it was about this man's sister. But the one I'm looking for is about an ex marine  (or army seal etc.) Buying a fixer upper and moving into it. His sister who is now pregnant tries to help fish a kitten out from under the broken porch. Later one of his neighbors (who happen to be sisters living in they're deceased grandmas house.) brings him dinner and a romance ensues. They fall in love. Please help me find this book!!!!

Read one or both of my books and please enjoy! Lust,Love,Run has 3 chapters and will have a 4th by the end of the week. And Love is a Four letter word will have its 4th chapter in the next day or so. I appreciate any advice and welcome comments.
