Happy Mother’s Day! It is definitely a job not for the weak. There is no salary, vacation, sick leave, 401K plan, pension or retirement pay. No sleep, on your feet 24hrs/day, can not call out, no Mental Health Day.  There’s rarely any appreciation and if things go wrong it’s your fault. Plus it’s only on-the-job training.  You can not quit. The only way you’re finished with this job is death. If there were an advertisement with these characteristics, would the population ?
