Happy Mother’s Day! It is definitely a job not for the weak. There is no salary, vacation, sick leave, 401K plan, pension or retirement pay. No sleep, on your feet 24hrs/day, can not call out, no Mental Health Day.  There’s rarely any appreciation and if things go wrong it’s your fault. Plus it’s only on-the-job training.  You can not quit. The only way you’re finished with this job is death. If there were an advertisement with these characteristics, would the population ?
          No one can truly Thank their mom for the sacrifice. 

We're the ones who take our kids EVERYWHERE they needa go, we're the ear our babies need when everything sucks, their personal cheerleaders, the chefs, the cash registers. And we do it UNCONDITIONALLY, cuz we want our babies to have what we never did and people just DON'T understand a mother's love. Most of us feel so underappreciated, but we're the true testament of a REAL one, my flowers lay to all my queens who continue to strive and the be the best moms
