13. ---recently depressed, I used to cut myself, thinking it'll help me, but all it leaves is a permanent memory of my weakest moment. Thankfully, I recovered by the help of a mate that supported me and never lost hope in me. 
My family didn't know about my problems, so it was tough for me to get through it. So if you are depressed or someone you know is, don't hesitate to tell someone who can support you/him/her through this rough time. :)
