Hey lovelies <3

I know I’ve been super inactive on Instagram and wattpad lately, but I really want to start creating and posting again. The thing is… I've no time

So if any of you enjoy making edits, reels, posts, moodboards, or just random creative stuff for Instagram, I’d absolutely LOVE to work with you. I can’t really pay anyone right now, and I completely understand if that’s a dealbreaker, but I’d honestly be so, so grateful for any help.

There’s no pressure to be super consistent or professional either. You can work at your own pace, disappear whenever you want, or even just make 1–2 edits for fun, literally anything is appreciated ♡

If this sounds interesting to you, you can mail me on my mail ID or text me on Instagram anytime!! I’d genuinely love to hear from you.

          	Okay bieeee <33

Part 2: F the word limit

Because it's just the 2nd period that is delayed earlier I've never been late, always on time (i track with an app btw)

Is it okay to skip gynaec for a while?? Because my friends said that birth control pills aren't great for health and long term. And I'm literally asking ChatGPT every hour what to eat what not to eat and when can I expect my period. Ugh.

Though my sonography reports are pretty normal, normal ovary size and volume etc but idk why my radiologist said that.

Would really appreciate hearing your experiences :(
I wish wattpad had an Audio note option, I hate typing.

@Onthecloudsx_ my radiologist said that I can get pcod and not that I have pcod. Although I'm not obese my BMI is 23. And yes I've started having 2 eggs everyday with lunch and when I skip egg I do have paneer.
            So, let's see

@Onthecloudsx_ and you don't have to cut on your diet at all. I never did even though being an obese person but yeah hostel life did it's job along with the yoga and exercises. If you are not reducing weight only focused on your pcod then I will say that don't compromise with your diet at all rather if you can add an egg to your breakfast every morning or can have dal of one bowl like the medium size in whatsoever you have in your lunch or dinner it will be a great addition and try to do butterfly pose (both) , child pose, cobra pose, bridge pose, dhanuasana mandatorily. Those are like the primary poses that actually heals pcod and I got amazing results. These are a must for a pcod warrior.

@Onthecloudsx_ do that on the evening that will do better. Because sometimes heavy walk after dinner can give stomach pain so do an evening walk and take a light stroll after dinner on the terrace. Trust me I reduced like 1.5 kgs in a week just doing that along with following chatgpt's exercise schedule which I asked it to make. My weight got reduced more because I moved to hostel and like due to intermittent fasting my weight got reduced more 6 kgs.

[ PANICKING TF OUTTA UTERUS: ANYONE HERE DEALING WITH PCOD OR EARLY PCOD? WHAT WERE YOUR SYMPTOMS? ]

Actually I went for a regular checkup with a gastro and he asked me to get a sonography done, and during the sonography the radiologist said that I can develop PCOD/that I’m standing at the door of early PCOD.

PS: I’m currently 12 days late for my periods and last month too I was around 4–5 days late. I’ve mostly been regular all my life before this.

My BMI is around 23.3, I’ve always been more on the skinny side but gained a lil weight in past 2–3 years, i dont fall under the skinny category now. I have little to no acne usually, just 2-3 acne rn. I’ve also always been kinda hairy/had peach fuzz (facial hair and hand hair).

The radiologist told me to incorporate as much movement as possible and avoid rushing to a gynac rn because they might just induce periods through meds and those won’t be “real periods.”

I’ve started eating more mindfully now:

cutting down Maggi/pasta/processed food. I mean I was having it 3-4 times a week earlier.

           Adding more protein

Trying to walk more. From past few years I've been just rotting in my chair because of studies again.

But honestly idk… I feel like crying and I’m panicking a lot rn. I’ve never really been this vulnerable here before, but I know there’s a lot of female audience here, so I just wanted some insight/support from people who’ve gone through something similar.

Also, is it true that meds for inducing periods can ruin things long-term? If yes, how did you guys manage/fix things without meds?

And when your PCOD started, did your periods:

slowly start delaying over time? or

stay regular and then suddenly one cycle got delayed for weeks?

Kashh_iiiii

@Onthecloudsx_ heyy I cut down all the soft drinks and packaged food and sugar
I am veg so I just eat normal homemade food and lots of fruits, I used to drink carrot and beetroot juice in winters
And sprouts and soaked dry fruits in morning

@Kashh_iiiii yeah specially some poses dedicated to periods and pcod does a great job with the cramps and the timing of the cycle.

@Onthecloudsx_ summers are bad fr! Specially writing exams in 40 degrees heat
I think kiwi and raw mango are too citrusy maybe thats why it gets itchy.
Are you a sweet tooth person or chatpata teekha person or kala khatta person?
