          	  I’d say you were telling the truth
          	  You didn’t have the intent of lying 
          	  You thought it was correct, you didn’t intentionally lie so you are telling the truth 
          	  If this makes any sense 
          	  
          	  So yeah you aren’t lying your technically telling the truth
