Hello Kehinde ,
In my last note i said i would give you a full review of your book- The Sin. I'm yet to complete it.
However, I'm done with The Sands in the Darkness night.
It was beautiful. I got it just yesterday but when i read it was a historical novel i couldn't let it go.
So my review:
Your english is spectacular
Your plots and settings are on point, a bit more improvement will always help but from what I've read, you are extremely talented.
Your stories have a good grasp on reality even though its fiction.
I love most of all how you talk to the readers emotions and not just ears or eyes in this case.
You had the very least minimum of mistakes in your book and that i truly admire.
I would like to point out though that i see your method is quite peculiar to me. I'm not so sure about the ending especially in this book, i thought Tarzah and Aria would have the happy ever after but I'm glad the other guy came back.
End of review.
If you don't mind i have a suggestion, there is an author here called @JasmynTailor. She is amazing and she writes Christian romances too.
She's very nice and I'm sure you guys would have alot to talk about. She writes mostly interracial, age gap ,modern stories.
From both your books I've read, (The sin and Sand in the Darkness night) I acknowledge that you do more of a 'finding redemption' kind of book.
Jasmyn however does more of 'growing in Christ' kind of books.
Hope this wasn't too long. Have a good day, chiao.
