Theyna (Thalia and Reyna), Thaluke (Thalia and Luke, pre-The Lightning Thief), and Ethanca (Ethan Nakamura and Bianca, still workshopping the name lol). Also, platonic (EMPHASIS ON PLATONIC) Pipabeth (Piper and Annabeth), Pipercy (Piper and Percy), and Jercy (Jason and Percy) are really wholesome if written well. Lastly, the Percy-Annabeth-Grover trio, the Jason-Piper-Leo trio, the Frank-Hazel-Percy trio, and the Thalia-Luke-Annabeth trio are all pretty sweet. Hope this helps, and I can help with ideas for plot as well!
