Hey everyone,

Thank you so much for all the reads, comments, and support for From the Shore to the Stars. It’s amazing to see so many of you enjoying the story.

I know many of you were hoping for a Book 2. I want to be honest. I have ASD, and I rely heavily on fixations to focus on projects like this. I wrote this book during a period of intense fixation, but that focus has left for now. I don’t have the energy or ability to continue the story at the moment.

I can’t say for certain if I will ever return to it, but if the fixation comes back in the future, I really do hope to pick it up again. Until then, I hope you can enjoy the story as it stands. Thank you for understanding and for being part of this journey with me.

@Syd_E_ this is a complete ending from Lily’s POV. Any future books would focus on the other girls. My PC recently broke, and with it, months of progress, stories in progress, worldbuilding, everything is gone. If and when I try again, it will have to be with a new PC, starting completely from scratch. I’m honestly devastated. I had Obsidian filled with worldbuilding inc language, background, religion etc

Does it end on a cliffhanger or is it a cohesive ending the next book would build on?

Just finished reading "From The Shores to The Stars" oh my God can't wait for the next one and I can't wait to see what happens to the three babies if they are in the future books if there are more than one book what else I just thank you for writing and being creative

@chayannemoon Ah, thank you so much! Honestly, I’m in a bit of a writing block at the moment, so Aaliyah’s story isn’t moving forward just yet, but I am trying to get back to it. It really means a lot to hear you’re excited for the next part.

I am so sorry to everyone who was reading book 2 Aaliyah's journey but unfortunately I am very unhappy with it and cannot commit to the uploads until I am able to fix the issues and get over this writers block I am having with her.
