Hey everybody. It's been a minute. I just published the start of something new. I've been working on this for over a year now. It started as a project to reconnect with my own inner child, but over time, that child developed what I can only describe as a life of it's own, and, lately, I'm not so much writing about him, rather, he talks and I listen, if that makes sense. He even has his own name, background, experiences, history, etc. Initially, I was having him interact with various literary characters - The Little Prince, Merlin, The Childlike Empress, Sara Crewe, etc. - but eventually it became clear he wanted to tell his own story, and that's what I let him do now. Turns out he has a lot to share, and it's a voice I think is much needed in the world today. Hopefully I can finish this project and bring him into the world before I run out of time on this planet. @mysterixus_girl Thank you so much! Yeah, I'm enjoying where Sophia is taking the story now that she really want to get down to business and defeat the Huns. No, not the Huns! Ignorance. She wants to defeat ignorance. Whatever the case might be, it's always enlightening whenever Sophia does most of the talking. :)

@OrphanOfTheUniverse Just read Chapter Nine :) Absolutely great. I liked the way Sophia explained how the male and female brain worked, never would have thought about it:)

We should live our values to the fullest each and every moment so that our very existence becomes a "protest" against all that is truly evil and pernicious in the world. 
          
          We need to recognize that morals are not abstractions, but, rather, as real as anything in the physical world, for if our ideas do not take shape at every second of our being, they won't amount to much of anything.
           
          Ethics are as real as the air we breathe, and when we live accordingly, we transform the world into the place it needs to be - a place in which it is healthy for everyone, and not just a select few. 
          
          But, hey, don't take my word for it. Think it through for yourselves and you will discover where you stand in the grand scheme of things. Which side of history do you want to be on? It's entirely up to you...
