Put me out of my Missouri

STORY TIME! I was chosen to possibly go on an 11-day trip to Italy in July of 2017...and my mother flat out said NO. Said it's impossible. Said I'll never go outside of America while she's alive with the cost. I know it's really petty to be crying about this but it still hurts to hear that from my mother. I'm never going to be able to go to Europe or Asia like I've dreamed.

I'm in Florida right now- and I'm going home tomorrow and I have really mixed emotions. I was missing five schooldays and have work to do but I wanna do it but I also like warm weather vs dreary Missouri. ;~;
