Holy shit, this was intense. This was truly a movie for the fans of the long game and it showed. If infinity war was Thanos’s movie, this movie belonged to the original six avengers, specifically Tony. I started crying when Natasha died and didn’t stop until the credits ended. Everyone drew a connection and wrapped up this phase well.
NOW ON TO MORE FUN STUFF
I’m going to talk about my favorite moments from each character and just in general
Tony: I have a lot to say. To see a character of ten years come full circle, fulfilling the promises he made to pepper in infinity was and iron man 3 to finally rest broke my heart. His relationships with Morgan and peter and Steve were all wrapped up and let this character move on to make way for the newest avengers. He returned to his roots in iron man for this movie, pulling out all the nostalgia for one last run
Steve: Easily the best Captain America version I’ve seen through these films. So much more humor considering the circumstances and a mix of comedy and serious made for a fantastic character. Him making the choice to stay with Peggy and pass the mantel to Sam (should have been Bucky) was the right choice
Bruce: Wow ok so that happened
Natasha:
Clint: I was glad to see him back, he was needed back, starting with his loss and showing the extremes of grief. Natasha and him fighting over the sacrifice and him being left to take on that loss. She was the only family he had left and
Thor: Thor was my mood throughout the film, he had a mid life crisis, he had a panic attack and he got fat.
Scott: Pure explanatory device and comedy gold. Him and Cassie reuniting was sad.
General Stuff:
* Morgan stark- adorable, deserving of everyone
* HARLEY- WHY WAS HE THERE HE DIDNT NEED TO BE THERE BUT HE WAS
* Final battle- pure gold
* All of the women protecting peter was fantastic
* VALKYRIE
