He's still a gay one meaning he liked non women.You can't hc a character with a cannon sexuality. It's really harmful to change a cannon sexuality and start shipping yourself with a gay character if your female  as it takes away rep. Nico himself felt like something was wrong with him for crushing on percy so making him straight is ignoring that
