The story follows the protagonist Morrigan Marah, a college student who's looking for a fresh start after experiencing trauma. Her interest? Samael Arius, the tall, brooding stranger that hovers about her life. Their relationship, forbidden by the universe, must find a way to survive, but the question is, will they manage?
The story is deep and gothic, yet emotional and addictive. It includes beautiful descriptions, meaningful symbolism and an overall hunger for what it means to truly be human.
The story contains mature themes such as assault, depression and the whole story is set around the idea of death. If you find any of these topics sensitive or offputting, please do what you need to keep yourself safe.
