P.D. Monroe was born on the West side of Chicago. Growing up, poetry was his niche. He was even voted best poet in High School. After seeing how his words made people feel, P.D. Monroe chose to start writing stories. With his upcoming novels, Candy Girlz and Secrets and Lies, P.D. Monroe plans to take the urban book world by storm.
