I've decided to become a ESL teacher in Korea,, and yet even with all the cases of covid-19, I still want to go. Korea fascinates me, and I want to learn the culture and language, while teaching others. I know I'll only get paid a minimum of 2.2-3.0 million ₩ but hey, it'll be enriching. I'll be using the EPIK program, and I'm thinking of doing teaching w/ another people (as in I bring someone with me) and I'm not sure what grade I really want to teach. Maybe high school or elementary.
People have already made fun of me for doing this and calling me a korea-boo, but thats not why I want to do it. To be honest, I think I have given up on kpop even though I loved it so much. I will always love the music, but listening to new songs and albums make me sad, and feel as if im not a real fan because im not contributing to the fandoms. Kpop will always be a thing in my life, because i have met so many great people due to it, and I believe I have really found my thing.
