Hey mate, sorry to keep bothering you but i wondered if possible, if you aren't going to make a sequel, is there any way you could tell me what your plans were. Sorry if that much to ask but i need to know. Its really bugging me. If you're making a sequel then i cant wait but since its been over a year since your last story i just wondered if it was possible to know your plans. I am not doing it to steal a plot but i just feel like i need some closure. If not thats okay :)

Thank you so much. This has completed everything for me about your amazing book. No pressure to write anything. I'm just glad I got read this masterpiece. I was actually writing my own Hangman x Rooster when I read this. Thatnk you so much for sharing your amazing ideas to the world. They are brilliant.

@ProblemChild1720 Thank you so much for your comments. They mean so much to me.
I wrote this story because there was so much in the movie that seemed to be left hanging and I couldn’t get this story out of my head. I intended for it to be just an explanation of the parts that were not resolved and I wrote it primarily for my sister to read. The last chapter was written only to demonstrate the connection between the two men, and really not as an intro to another book. My sister also wanted a sequel, but it never was my intention to write a sequel. I felt that as a writer, I needed to create my own characters and stories of my own, rather than fan-fiction, so I have resisted writing a sequel.
That being said, I have not been able to get these characters out of my head. If I were to write a sequel, the preview would go something like this:

            “Top Gun: Hangman.
When Rooster doesn’t arrive to rescue Hangman from a foreign prison as he expects, Hangman begins to doubt his connection with Rooster. Hangman begins to feel betrayed and in his isolation dwells on the past. Can he ever trust Rooster, or anyone else for that matter, again? In the meantime, Rooster has his own problems to deal with, and feels his connection to Hangman fading. Rooster knows that in order to keep Hangman, he’s going to have to fight. It’s going to be the fight of his life, while Hangman fights for his.”

Bits and pieces of this story have been presenting themselves in my mind without me asking for them. Scenes, conversations, emotions. Top Gun: Rooster would only be an intro to the story that is nagging in the corners of my mind. Top Gun: Hangman, would be darker, raunchier, and deeper.

Just finished the top gun book. Man, you have a talent I've never seen before. So engaging. So amazing. I hope you never give up writing because you have a gift. That is the best story I have ever read. Like it's so amazing. I can't even think of a word to describe it, it was so good. That last chaoter confused me slightly though. But I feel like I need more. Like a sequel. I beg. Luke, I need to know if they are okay. Please. Once again, I have to say that you have a talent no one I've seen has. That is the best story I have ever read. I was reading the other two Hangman x Rooster books but they pale massively in comparison to this masterpiece. It was raw and fully of emotion. I loved it. And I need more!!!!!!!
