My sleep schedule is so messed up, yesterday I woke up at 10 and went to sleep at like 2, then today I woke up at 11 and it’s 11:42 pm. Tomorrow’s Easter... WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

@PJOFANDOMS1 get drink chamomile tea, drink warm milk, spray some lavender essential oil in the air, take a hot shower, and try listening to soothing sounds.
Or- do an intense workout an hour before you wanna sleep.
