Guys I'm trying to decide if I should ask my parents to get me into therapy. I just feel like I'm failing all the time and I need someone to talk to but I don't know if I can trust my parents. And I can't telling if I'm depressed or not. I feel happy sometimes but then at night I feel so fucking sad and I feel like I'm not enough.

So I have two tests tomorrow for school and I haven't studied but I don't want to because my mom will be mad at me because I wanna get principals list but I can't even if I get an 100 on one test but the grades haven't been put in yet and my mom says she's not making a big deal about me being one point away in a subject but she is and I turned in something today to hopefully boost my grade but I need to ask my teacher for extra credit and my mom says I don't do extra studying at home and she will be mad and she says she doesn't care but she keeps bringing it up and I am so scared I feel like I am going to throw up and yeah it's because I get 70s and 80s on tests except one In ela but pls help I think grades might close tomorrow and yeah I need extra credit in like possibly 3 subjects if I bomb a test tomorrow and yeah but I am scared because my highest grade is math and that's like everyone's lowest grade and I am scared and yeah help me I will post if I throw up. Wait do you have any tricks to help me throw up. I want to do I can study during the weekend. Pls
