Announcement for all concerned!
I have decided to split the story that I have been working on, The Shrinker, into two books. I have just reached 100,000 words and feel that I should end this first part of the story before its length gets too long and daunting for a single book’s read.
I also feel like I’ve reached a good point of plot transition to jump into a second book too. The first part focused on Jamie’s growth and on her own personal issues, while the second part will focus upon her trying to stop the cannibal’s killing spree.
So first I will upload a two-part epilogue chapter, mark the first book as finished, then after a holiday abroad I’ll get started on writing the second book. I have plenty of ideas and plot threads planned out, so the overall story is roughly halfway through.
